Denmark

4 August 10, 2009, Tagged , , , , ,

I’ll be back in Aarhus on the 12th of August, probably some time around 23:00, if nothing else shows up. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it but it’s something I’ll just have to be getting on with.

I am sorry for the people I met less than I wanted and I hope I will be able to see you guys more next time (hopefully sometime this autumn, it all depends on the school schedule which I hope will be a little less strict than it has been during the last semester).

Other short info: going to the dentist sucks, the Timisoreana beer rules, the “Suburbia” club in Bucharest is pretty alright during each Friday evening because of the metal nights and the people that hang around there, the “Revenge” club in the same town is alright each evening (I attended a Latino and a Reggae night/morning there), I can count the friends I still have in Romania on the fingers of only one hand and I am looking forward to any school projects that involve web development (I’ll restart studying AJAX pretty soon) and it’s odd how things tend to be so relative, depending on your state of mind.

Good bye Romania,
See you soon Denmark!

Although I have a huge number of ideas for some interesting articles, I am going to have to postpone them. I’m on a holiday ffs so just give me a break and try to understand my laziness! :)

Some newsflash: Guano Apes in Bucharest, in September; Armin van Buuren + Tiesto + ATB this weekend on the Romanian seaside and Coldplay in Herning, Denmark on the 16th of August. No, I’m not going to attend all these gigs but some of you might have some interest in a particular concert.

Here are some pics from Brasov during the Waitumi Festival. It was nice, fun and I would definitely love to see Improvisneyland again (Improvisation Theatre).

On the road

I feel like I’m on some kind of a tour, travelling around all day long. I’m leaving to Brasov in 10 minutes where I’m going to spend 3 days during a festival with theater, exhibitions and God knows what else.

The big concern is that I’m already missing a special someone :( See you soon!

… when some of the people I know give me some pieces of advice about a certain topic although they have no idea what-so-ever about what the hell they are talking about. The kind of people you try to always ignore but you have to tell them to fuck off along with their advice, from time to time.

I’m not 14 for fuck’s sake, stop telling me what is good for me and what is not.

I’m way too tired after a 8 hour train ride from Sibiu to Bucharest (via Medias due to the floods which occured on the railroad between Sibiu and Brasov) so I’m just going to post some pics over here which reflect these wonderful 4 days that we have spent in Sibiu with the occasion of the superb performances by Tristania, My Dying Bride, Opeth, PAIN (!!) and Nightwish. Since my camera is pretty sucky (a 4 megapixels HP with no optical zoom), the photos are as good as they can be. Hope you’ll enjoy it and be a little patient for a review tomorrow :)

Sibiu

I’ll be leaving to Sibiu around noon tomorrow and I’ll be back on Sunday. I’ve got my laptop with me and there’s going to be a wireless internet connection at the place we’ll be staying. If nothing comes up, I’ll be posting reviews of the Artmania Festival as fast as possible :)

See you, guys and gals

I had just arrived in the Vantaa Airport in Helsinki, Finland when my eyes were captured by the following logo:

Since I live in Denmark for almost one year now and I am a client of Danske Bank, figure out why I was so shocked by the logo above:
